Note:

• The commercial relationship between the seller and the customer is governed by U.S. law. This is agreed upon in general commercial relations, and U.S. cancellation policies are therefore binding.

• For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not revoke mandatory protections under the laws of the consumer’s habitual residence. Thus, buyers worldwide are not adversely affected.

• The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

• Consumers have the right to cancel the contract under applicable local laws, and the following detailed return and cancellation policy applies.

1. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers have the right to cancel this contract for any reason within 30 days from the date they or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

• Returns are free of charge, regardless of the country or region of purchase.

2. How to Cancel

• To cancel, simply download the refund form above and contact us.

• We will respond within 24 hours.

• If the product has any defects, we will provide a replacement.

3. Effects of Cancellation

• If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments made, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard shipping we offer).

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

• No refund fees will be charged.

• We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

4. Returning the Goods

• You must return the goods immediately, and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of the cancellation.

• Sending the goods before the 14-day period expires is considered compliant with the return deadline.

• You are responsible for direct costs of returning the goods.
